Edward Cullen is Dazzling.Edward Cullen is the most captivating character of the century. A "vegetarian" vampire (he kindly feeds on animals instead of humans) who has been 17 for over 80 years. He can hear your thoughts, (unless you are Bella Swan) play the piano like a great composer, and is breathtakingly handsome. What else could you ask for in a guy? Well, there is more. He has amazing self discipline, old fashioned good manners, super hero strength, and really sweet and delicious breath. He is also extremely dedicated to family and doing the right thing. Edward Cullen can make any women melt when he frosts on the charm and gazes into their eyes. "Do I dazzle you?" is one of his famous lines. Yes! Edward, you dazzle us. Although Edward Cullen may seem perfect- he does have a few flaws. His adopted sister Alice has pointed out how melodramatic Edward can be at times. He can be a little too serious and overprotective at times. Sometimes he lets Bella get anything she wants- even if it might not be exactly what she needs. Perhaps his biggest weakness of all- which has helped him build even greater strengths- is Bella! He loves her and desires her in many ways. He loves her blood. It sings to him. He has never before experienced this strong a desire for someone's blood. It takes all the self-discipline he can gather to keep from killing Bella. This self-restraint has become a strength which has been admired by many, including Volturi vampires who are thousands of years old. (Although they question his sanity.) He feels reborn by his love for Bella. He loves her as no other. His heart- (although not beating)is only for her. He thought that he was complete with his family. He did not need any more. He wasn't looking for more. Then there was Bella. Life as he knew it changed forever. He is torn between leaving Bella alone to keep her safe and being with her because he adores and loves her so much. But little does he know that although he is quite powerful- he is not as powerful as the forces of true love which demand that Bella and Edward's story continue on.
