Mormon Mommy Stephenie Meyer Creates Thrilling Vampire Romance Novels.

Stephenie Meyer's story is truly unique. She actually created her first story for herself! She had a dream about a vampire who fell in love with a human, but he thirsted for her blood. They were in a beautiful meadow. This scene is in her first bestselling book Twilight. Stephenie was overcome with this story and couldn't stop writing. Her sister finally called her because she hadn't heard from her in awhile. Stephenie was embarrassed to admit that she was writing a vampire story. After reading it, her sister encouraged her to try to get her story published. She originally wanted to title the novel Forks (which is the name of the town where most of Stephenie Meyer's Twilight takes place)

Stephenie Meyer's books are now found all over the world wherever books are sold. Stephenie dazzles all of her readers. Because of her- fans are reading 500+ page books without a whimper. They actually want more! She can't keep things "short and sweet", but she can create millions of addicted vampire story fans.

This cheerful Mormon Mommy of three young boys breaks down stereo-types all over the place. She says that she cannot write without music and makes sure she gives her favorite bands credit in each book. Her favorites are not listed as the Mormon tabernacle choir or the Osmond Family. She lists funky rock groups that many people have never heard of. Muse, Blue October, Coldplay, and Linkin Park. She also seems to be able to pump out books like no other.

She truly loves her vampire characters as if they are her imaginary friends. I have never seen an author love her characters as much as she does. She seems just as excited as the rest of us to see this story put onto the movie screen. She is also AMAZINGLY generous to her fans.

She graduated from BYU with a bachelors in English in 1995. She married her husband "Paancho" (his real name is Christiaan) in 1994. They have three young boys named Gabe, Seth, and Eli. Stephenie and her family are members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (nicknamed "Mormons"). It appears that she has no plans of slowing down on her writing career. (hallelujah!) She is always working on several projects. She lives in hot Cavecreek, Arizona. She has been an Arizonan for most of her life.
